R.S.T.A. (Reconnaissance Surveillance & Target Acquisition)

The primary mission of RSTA is to confirm or deny the commander’s intelligence preparation of the battlefield.
Like the United Earth Marines before them, RSTA is a special operations branch that specializes in critical reconnaissance and infiltration missions. Getting key information of enemy locations and composition, RSTA provides the data needed for the next combat mission for ArmorEx. These missions are conducted via small stealth craft, SPAR insertions, and ground vehicles to infiltrate enemy areas undetected and conduct ground combat operations.

As ArmorEx’s primary ground combat element, RSTA’s missions include both maritime Visit Board Search and Seizure operations (VBSS), where RSTA will board and secure hostile ships and bases, as well as ground direct action missions against enemy fortifications and outposts. RSTA’s standard missions include, but are not limited to, Recon, counter recon, VBSS, raids, sabotage, aerial bombing designation, and to locate, close width and destroy the enemy by fire and maneuver, or repel enemy assaults by fire and close combat.

Responsibilities of the RSTA Division within ArmorEx:

  1. Intelligence Gathering and Reconnaissance: Conduct reconnaissance missions to gather critical information about enemy positions, movement, and capabilities to support the organization’s strategic planning.
  2. Infiltration and Stealth Operations: Use small stealth crafts, SPAR insertions, and ground vehicles to infiltrate enemy areas undetected, ensuring key intelligence is collected without direct confrontation.
  3. Direct Action Missions: Execute ground-based direct action missions, such as raids, sabotage, aerial bombing designation, and counter-recon, to neutralize enemy assets and support combat operations.
  4. Maritime VBSS (Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure) Operations: Board and secure hostile ships and bases, providing a crucial role in capturing or eliminating strategic threats.
