Welcome to ArmorEx! As a new member, you’re in a probationary period that you can complete at your own pace. We understand that life gets busy, so there’s no rush—take your time. Our onboarding process is designed to integrate you smoothly into ArmorEx and get you sorted into the division of your choice. Feel free to complete the requirements in any order you like.
Two Training events
We run training events in both Arena Commander and the Persistent Universe several times a week. To complete your probationary period, you’ll need to attend two of these sessions. If our scheduled sessions don’t fit your time zone, don’t worry—we’ll work with you to find something that suits your schedule.
The Gentleman’s Duel
Best of 5! Whether you’re a veteran pilot or still finding your space legs, we’ll pair you with a trainer and let you pick the ship(s) of your choice. This duel isn’t about winning or losing—it’s about giving you a benchmark to measure your progress over time. Occasionally, we run into a pilot who has more experience than our trainers and can wipe the floor with them. Should this be you, you could find yourself with a spot on the training team.
Skill Assessment
When you first connect with ArmorEx leadership, let them know where you generally see yourself in regards to skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and your knowledge of Star Citizen. This helps us understand your strengths, identify any training needs, and even leverage areas where you bring unique expertise.
Interests
During your probationary period, have a chat with an officer about which division of ArmorEx interests you most: Logistics, Medical, Mining, or Salvage. We’ve also got our specialized divisions of RSTA and SPAR. Not ready to commit to a specialty? No problem—you can choose between Fleet (combat) and Industry (non-combat) for a more flexible experience. These aren’t set in stone, but they help us know where to focus your in-game activities.
